| 摘 要： | 研究了端面谐波步进电机中的几个主要问题，端面谐波齿轮的啮合状况、柔轮受力变形规律、扩大啮合区范围减少啮合干涉的方法、电磁波发生器和步进控制系统的设计方法，并对研制的样机进行了实验测试，获得了一些有实用价值的结论。

| Abstract: | Several principal problems about face harmonic stepping motor are investigated such as the meshing performance of face harmonic gear, deformation of the fiexible gear under farce, the methods of widening the meshing range & lessening the interference between gear teeth, the design ways of electromagnetic wave generator, and the microcomputer control system. The sample face harmonic stepping motor is tested, and a few useful conclusions are obtained. |
