| 摘 要： | 根据车削工艺系统的受力和结构特点，研制了一台新型车床静刚度仪。该刚度仪配以微机等，组成了一套计算机辅助测试（CAT）系统，可自动加载、卸载、采样及数据处理等，并能直接绘制、显示和打印出刚度曲线，从而使整个测试过程迅速、准确且直观。该系统在生产和教学中具有较高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of forced and structural feature of a turning system, new type of lathe static rigidity tester has been developed. The tester combining microcomputer etc. constitute a CAT system, which makes loading on and off, sampling, and data processing, etc, finished automatically. It can directly draw, display and print rigidity curves, and makes the whole testing process rapid, accurate and audio-visual. This system can be widely used in production and teaching. |
