平面永磁联轴器传递力矩的研究

本文利用等效磁荷理论对平面永磁联轴器传递力矩的性能做了深入的研究，建立了传递力矩的计算公式并对公式进行了试验验证。根据计算公式对磁体的布置公式、磁极对数和磁体的几何尺寸等参数对传递力矩的影响进行了研究，所取得的研究结果对磁性联轴器的理论研究和工程设计具有重要意义。

STUDY ON THE TRANSFER TORQUE OF PLANE MAGNETISM CLUTCH

In the paper, the properties of plane magnetism clutch transferring torque are through studied by the theory of equivalent magnetic charge, calculating formular of the transfer toque is established and tested by experiments. According to the calculating formular, the effect of magnet arrangement, number of magnetic poles and geometric dimensions of magnet on transfer torque is studied, the obtained results are useful for the theoretical study and engineering design of magnetism clutchs.
