| 摘 要： | 发展了斜齿特形插齿刀设计制造新方法。利用数值模拟法根据插齿刀齿形计算铲磨砂轮廓形，并能进行逆运算以验证计算结果的正确性。试验证明该方法用于斜齿特形插齿是可行的。

| Abstract: | A new method of design and manufacturing for pinion cutter to shape helical gear with a special profile is developed. According to profile of the pinion cutter the profiles of the grinding-wheel are calculated with numerial simulation method, moreover, conventional calculation can be done to check its correct or not. The tests have proved, the method is feasible for shaping helical gear with a special profile. |
