知识熔接技术与模糊推理结合的产品设计方法

摘    要:模糊推理可以有效满足基于KBE的工程设计中知识库内标准方案的选取,研究了基于知识熔接技术的设计方法,将知识熔接技术与CAD结合.建立了针对标准模型库的模糊推理机制.以涡轮叶轮设计为例,分析了模糊推理/知识熔接结合进行产品设计的可行性及优势,并建立了系统解决方案.

Abstract:Fuzzy inference can meet the need of selection from standard model knowledge-base in the KBE based engineering design very well,and Knowledge Fusion(KF) method is an ideal way for combination of knowledge and CAD software in the advanced manufacturing technology.This paper studied the KF-based design method.It also built a blurry inference mechanism for standard model base.With the design of turbine-impeller as example,the possibility and advantage of the method of combining fuzzy inference and KF together in the design were analyzed.The system solution of it was also established.
