浮顶油罐的电测应力与磁测残余应力分析

摘    要:本文介绍了由国外引进的十万立方米浮顶油罐的电测应力及磁测残余应力情况。根据电测应力结果与理论计算结果的对比分析,指出了值得我们设计上借鉴与改进的方面。同时,本文探讨了磁测法测定油罐罐壁残余应力的可行性,并对磁测残余应力结果进行了定性分析

Abstract:This paper introduces something about the electrical logging stresses and the magnetic logging residual stresses of 100,000m3 oil tank with floating cover imported from other country.Making a comparision analysis between the electrical logging stresses and the theory calculation results shows the aspect of being worthy to be drawed lessen and improve on our design.At the same time,the paper probes the feasibility of determining the residual stresses of the tank wall of oil tank with floating cover by the means of the magnetic logging,and the qualitative analysis is carried out for the result of magnetic logging residual stresses
