| 摘 要： | 中国粮油工业关系到中国13亿人民群众生活水平的提高，关系到中国能否实现小康社会的远大目标。从国内、国外两个市场和中国周边区域性市场分析了中国粮油工业的现状与前景，提出了中国粮油工业应走新型工业化的道路，在调查研究的基础上提出了目前中国粮油工业新型工业化道路应注意的几个问题：把向新型工业化道路作为系统工程，集中全力抓好；要着重抓好提高科技含量，采用高新技术和实用技术；加快推进信息化的步伐；下功夫把粮机制造业抓好；必须与抓好企业改革和企业管理相结合。

| Abstract: | China cereals and oils industry plays an important part in the improvement of living standard of 1.3 billion Chinese and the realization of affluent society. Based on the analysis of home market and international market, the present situation and future of China cereals and oils industry are described. It was put forward that China cereals and oils industry should insist on new industralization road, and in the process some problems should be paid attention to: considering new industrialization road as systematic project and focusing on it; making an effort to improve the content of secience and technology, applying high and new technology and applied technology; speeding the pace of informationalization; keeping an eye on the manufacture industry of cereals machine;combining enterprise reform and business management. |
