摘    要:采用宽带扫描吕磁针 圆形光斑展宽成矩形,在42CrMo基材表面激光熔覆NiCrBSi合金,得到致密无裂纹结合层,研究了熔覆层组织、物相及其对熔覆层硬度、耐磨性的影响,并综合阐述了不同工艺对硬度、耐磨性及熔覆层的影响。

Abstract:Compact and cracks free NiCrBSi coatings were obtained by laser cladding on the surface of 42CrMo steel with a broad beam laser scanner,which changes the original round beam into the rectangle.Influences of microstructure of the coatings on hardness and wear resistance were investigated.Influences of different technologies on hardness,wear resistance and microstructures of the coatings were comprehensively discussed.
