生物酶和化学助剂协同控制高得率浆造纸中DCS

摘    要:选用碱性果胶酶、阳离子滑石粉(talc)、阳离子淀粉(HCS)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)等4种添加剂对高得率浆进行处理,以阳离子需求量为评价指标,分析了不同用量和组配的处理结果.结果表明,当碱性果胶酶用量为1,U/g,talc用量为5%,HCS用量为0.5%,CPAM用量为0.01%时,BCTMP白水的阳离子需求量降低了47.91%.

Abstract:High yield pulp(HYP)were treated by four kinds of chemical additives and the cationic demand of white water was discussed.In addition,the treatment results of different combinations were investigated.Results showed that the cationic demand of white water from BCTMP decreased by 47.91% when the dosage of pectinase was 1,U/g(on oven dry pulp weight),talc was 5%,HCS was 0.5%,CPAM was 0.01%.
