微乳液法制备聚苯胺/涤纶导电织物

摘    要:用等离子体对涤纶表面进行处理,再采用微乳液法制备聚苯胺/涤纶导电织物,研究了反应条件对织物导电率的影响,并对样品进行了差热分析、红外光谱分析等测试。所得样品上的聚苯胺颜色均匀,牢度高,粒度细腻,热稳定性好。

Abstract:Plasma was used to deal the PET fabrics surface first, then conducting PAN/PET fabrics were prepared by microemulsion technique.Effects of the reaction conditions on the conductivity of fabrics were studied.Properties of samples were studied with Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC),Fourier Transform Infrared Resonance(IR).PAN on the samples has symmetrical color,high substance,exquisite particles and good thermal stability.
