| 摘 要： | 利用NT网络操作系统提供的RAS服务组建远程计算机网络得到日益重要的应用，但一般的应用系统是直接借助操作系统的拨号网络实现远程连接的，无法嵌入应用中，开发者自己编程实现拨号可在应用系统和拨号之间得以交互，在自动拨号，拨号日志记录，无人值守系统，自动寻呼等系统中有重大的实际意义，文章详细讨论了拨号实现，系统设置及应注意的问题。
