钢结构高强度螺栓连接抗火性能的有限元分析

摘    要:为研究钢结构高强度螺栓受拉与受剪连接的抗火性能,建立有限元分析模型。采用块单元,考虑几何非线性和材料非线性,及高强度螺栓连接安装、受力及受火过程,编制了有限元分析程序。通过与有关的试验结果对比,验证了有限元分析程序计算的准确性和可靠性。在利用程序进行大量参数分析的基础上,导出了钢结构高强度螺栓受拉与受剪连接的抗火临界温度实用计算公式,可供工程上高强度螺栓连接抗火设计采用。

Abstract:The fire-resistant behavior of high-strength bolted connections for steel structures is studied in the paper. The finite element method is used in the study and brick elements are adopted. A program is developed to consider both the material and the geometrical non-linearity. It is confirmed that it is a well-proven program through predicting the test results. Based on a large number of parameters analysis, the formulas for the bolted connection are proposed. It is found that the proposed formulas are suited to calculate the behavior of the connection at elevated fire.
