超临界CO_2萃取沙棘油的研究

摘    要:简要概括了超临界流体的性质及应用 ,并利用超临界CO2 萃取装置从沙棘籽中萃取沙棘油 ,考察了原料粒度、含水量、CO2 流量以及萃取压力、温度对萃取率的影响 ,获得了最佳工艺条件 :原料粒度 6 0~ 10 0目 ,含水量w(H2 O) <5 % ,萃取压力 2 0~ 2 5MPa ,萃取温度 35~ 5 0℃ ,CO2 流量 2 5~ 35kg/h。萃取的沙棘油产品经检测 ,其质量好于行业标准的要求。

Abstract:The characteristics and applications of supercritical fluid are briefly described,and buckthorn oil was extracted from buckthorn seed with supercritical carbon dioxide. The effects of various factors such as particle size and water content of buckthorn seed, flow rate of carbon dioxide, operation pressure and temperature on the extraction yield were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions were found as follows: particle size of buckthorn seed 60100 mesh, w (H_2O)in seed<5%, operation pressure 2025 MPa, temperature 3550 ℃ and flow rate of carbon dioxide 2535 kg/h. The quality of buckthorn oil are better than enterprise standard.
