合肥工业大学电气工程专业发展思路探讨

合肥工业大学电气工程及其自动化专业是由电机、电器及其控制和电力系统及其自动化两个专业于1999年合并而成，至今已有60年的历史。几十年来，电气工程及其自动化专业不断调整和发展，现今，在人才培养、科学研究、教师队伍建设、办学条件等方面皆取得了长足的发展，专业总体水平较高。特别是，电力电子技术在新能源领域的应用取得较为显著的成果，也是该专业的主要特色之一。随着国民经济的不断发展，社会对电气工程及其自动化专业方面的人才的要求不断提高，特别是与电力电子交叉学科方面的人才，为了适应人才市场的需求，体现电气工程及其自动化专业的办学特色，对该专业的方向设置进行了词整，同时对教学计划和教学大纲进行了修订。

Study on Developing Idea of the Specialty of Electrical Engineering in Hefei University of Technology

The specialty of electrical engineering and its automation in Hefei University of Technology was combined of two specialties in 1999,motor elements and its control,power system and its automation.It has 60 years history by now.The specialty of electrical engineering and its automation has been adjusted and developed in the past years.And now,it has been quite great improved in talent cultivation,science research,teacher team's building,teaching conditions and so on.Especially,the power electronics application in new energy sources field has been got remarkable productions,and this is one of the main features of the specialty.Along with the development of our country's economy,the need for persons who specialize in electrical engineering and its automation,especially who specialize in crossing subjects with power electronics,is increasing.In order to accommodate the human resource market need,and to embody the teaching features of the specialty of electrical engineering and its automation in our university,we have adjusted the direction of this specialty and amended teaching plans and teaching outline.
