| 摘 要： | 研究了两种增塑剂对玉米醇溶蛋白成膜性能的影响，通过组合得到了复合型玉米醇溶蛋白薄膜，同时进行了正交试验，找到影响玉米醇溶蛋白薄膜各项指标的因素，并系统地研究了这些因素与各项指标的内在联系。
