| 摘 要： | 用XRD分析了蒙脱土层间距变化的情况,设计了正交实验,得出了在以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为有机改性剂时的最佳反应温度、反应时间和季铵盐用量;指出各反应条件对有机土中铵盐含量的影响程度依次为:季铵盐的用量>反应时间>反应温度。在不同反应条件下,有机改性后的蒙脱土层间距d001值波动范围在1.92nm至2.10nm之间。

| Abstract: | The distance of the neighbor montmorillonite-sheets was measured and analyzed by XRD.Our research indicated the influence factors of reaction conditions into account through orthogonal experiment,such as reaction time,reaction temperature and the proportion of quat ernary ammonium to Na-montmorillonite.The using amount of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide strongly influenced the quaternary ammonium content of the organic mon tmorillonites in which their d001 values changed from 1.92 nm to 2.10 nm. |
