摘    要:本文通过对前置式抽油机四杆机构的几何特性和平衡以后减速器净扭矩的变化规律的研究,确定了优化设计变量。又通过对几种目标函数的优化结果分析比较,认为用减速器净扭矩的最大值极小和最小值极大的多目标函数较好。最后,以12型前置式抽油机为例,进行优化对比,优化结果相对原始方案有较大的改进。


Optimization on Object Functions of Bar Mechanism and Counter-Balance System of Front-Mounted Pumping Units
Abstract:By studying the geometrical features of the fourbar mechanism of front-mounted pumping units and the changing regularity of the gear-reducer's net torque after being counter-balanced, the authors determine the optimum design variables, and, by analyzing and contrasting the optimized results of several object functions, maintain that it will be more desirable to use multi-object function, i·e·to use minimized maximum value and maximized minimum value of the gear-reducer's net torque. A comparison between the optimized design and the original design of Model 12 pumping unit shows that much improvement is obtained from the optimized design.
