汽油脱苯催化剂的研究及工业应用

摘    要:考察了不同工艺条件下,W216加氢脱苯催化剂的脱苯效果。结果表明:该催化剂应用的最佳工艺条件为压力0.8~1.2 MPa,反应温度120~160℃,氢气汽油体积比500∶1~700∶1,体积空速0.5~1.5 h-1(新鲜料),催化加氢脱苯效果较好。工业应用表明,W216加氢脱苯催化剂完全可以满足工业生产要求,能将汽油产品中的苯含量降到0.5%以下,小于1.0%控制指标。

Abstract:The W216 catalyst was used to deprive benzene from the gasoline. The debenzolization result of W216 catalyst under different operating condition was studied. Result showed that the optimum conditions was achieved at the reaction pressure of 1.0-1.2 MPa, temperature of 120-160 ℃, volume ratio of hydrogen to gasoline of 500 : 1-700 : 1, air speed of 0.5-1.5 h^-1 (fresh feed).and the result of W216 catalyst in the industrial application, the benzene in the gaseline can be controlled under 0.5 %(mass fraction), less than control indicators( 1.0 % mass fraction).
