煤矿电网无功补偿方式的优化选择与计算

摘    要:随着大量电感性设备在煤矿中应用,造成功率因数降低,导致线路末端电压远低于允许范围,电器设备难以正常运转且经常受损,影响安全生产。同时,无功功率导致电网电能传输能力下降、线损加剧及能源浪费,提高了产煤成本。通过讨论功率因数低的危害、提高功率因数的方法比较、采用补偿电容器组补偿的装设方法以及高压集中无功补偿的计算等,对煤矿电网进行无功补偿,保证煤矿的安全生产和经济运行。

Abstract:As the massive inductive character equipment apply in the coal mine, causes the power factor to reduce, causing the line terminal voltage to be lower than permits the scope, the automated electric appliance is hard to revolve normally, and is damaged frequently, affects the safe production. Meanwhile, reactive power causes the electrical network electrical energy through-put capacity drop and circuit loss to in- tensify and energy waste, enhanced has produced the coal cost. Uses the installing method as well as the computation of high-pressured cen- tralized that idle work compensation through discussion power factor low harm and comparison of power improvement factor the compensa- tion condenser bank compensates, carries on the idle work compensation to the coal mine power line, the safe production and economy of guarantee coal mine.
