邯钢老区高炉煤粉系统升级改造实践

摘    要:介绍了邯钢老区高炉喷煤系统为适应生产升级改造的实践。改造后,混烟煤比例达55%,综合喷煤成本进一步降低。另外增设了各平台的环境除尘系统以及关键部位氧分析仪及氮气保护系统,避免了事故发生,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:It is introduced the upgrade reformation of coal injection system of blast furnace in old region of Han Steel. After reformation the ratio of mixed bituminous coal reaches to 55% , the comprehensive coal in- jection cost further reduced. Besides the environment dust - removal systems for various production plat- forms, oxygen analyzer and nitrogen protection system for key locations are put up to avoid breakdown.
