开关柜智能监控装置的设计与实现

摘    要:文中的开关柜智能监控装置是针对电力开关柜开发设计的一种新型的多功能智能化模拟动态指示装置。该方案以ARM处理器NUC950为控制核心,它集一次回路模拟图、断路器状态、手车位置、接地刀闸位置、弹簧储能状态、隔离开关状态、高压带电显示及闭锁、自动(手动)加热除湿控制、加热器故障报警、超温报警指示、语音防误提示、网络通信等多功能于一体,提高了开关柜状态监测和控制的集成度和智能化。

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Monitoring and Control Device for Switchboard
Abstract:The intelligent monitoring and control device for switchboard of this article is a new multi-functional intelligent dynamic simulation indicating device that designed for electrical Switchgear.The design uses NUC950 ARM processor as its process- ing core.This device can realize simulation display of a primary system diagram,circuit-breaker states instruction,handcart lo- cation indication,grounding switch indication,storage indication,isolating switch indication,high-voltage live indication and inter- locking,automatic (manual) temperature and humidity control,fault alarm of heater,over-temperature alarm,voice-prompt of fault operation and network communications.These greatly improve the integration and intelligence of state detection and control.
