旧式电子称重式给煤机的改造

摘    要:针对早期部分电子称重式给煤机控制系统可靠性不高、故障频发的问题,采用CS2024型控制系统对其进行改造。通过采用新的微机控制系统、引入专用变频电机和高精度称重传感器、使用电子式过电流保护器代替机械式清扫剪切销等手段,提高了给煤机的给煤率精度及效率。实践表明:CS2024型控制系统在技术上是成熟的,完全可以达到改造的目标。

Retrofit for Old Electronic Weighing Type Coal Feeders

Abstract:To overcome the deficiency of control system for old electronic weighing type coal feeders, such as low reliability and high failure rate, etc., a retrofit scheme was put forward using CS2024 control system. The precision and efficiency of coal feeder were improved by adopting new microcomputer control system, introducing special variable frequency motor and high-precision weighing sensor, and by using electronic over-current relay to replace the traditional mechanical cleaning shear pin. Practices indicate that the CS2024 control system is technologically mature, with which the retrofit objectives can be achieved completely.
