典型综合利用水库水环境问题及污染控制措施——以张峰水库为例

提出了“典型综合利用水库”的概念;论述了典型综合利用水库在水环境方面的主要特点;以张峰水库为例,研究了污染源、上游来流、库区及下游河段存在的主要水环境问题;结合2个已建水库-屯绛水库和后湾水库,论述了其水环境保护的经验;最后,对典型综合利用水库需采取的污染控制措施进行了探讨,并指出了落实保护中应注意的问题。本文的成果及观点对于典型综合利用水库的水环境保护管理及工程设计等方面将具有参考价值。

Research on water environmental problems and pollution protection measures of typical integrated utilizing reservoir——case study of ZhangFeng reservoir

A concept of "Typical integrated utilizing reservoir(TIUR)" has been put forward in this article.The main characteristics of water environment of TIUR are discussed.Taking the ZhangFeng reservoir as an example,water pollution,water quality of upstream,reservoir and downstream are investigated.Experiences of water quality protection in two existing reservoirs-TunJiang reservoir and HouWan reservoir are referred to.Some measures for water quality protection for TIUR are brought about,and related problems that should be considered are also pointed out.The results of the study would be helpful to the engineering design and management for water quality protection in TIUR.
