钒系脱氮催化剂载体堇青石的表面改性研究

摘    要:采用硅溶胶对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体进行表面改性,并在改性载体基础上制备钒系催化剂。考察了扩孔剂六次甲基四胺与微波法对表面改性的影响,评价了钒系催化剂的活性。结果表明,六次甲基四胺的添加与微波法的使用明显改善载体的表面形貌,增大载体的比表面积和平均孔径。当两者共同作用时,载体比表面积及平均孔半径分别可达72.13 m2·g-1和9.14 nm,反应温度(350~400) ℃时,催化剂的活性最高,脱氮率最高达81.5%。

Abstract:Cordierite was modified with silica sol and V2O5-WO3/SiO2 catalysts supported on modified cordierite were then prepared. The effects of microwave heating method and addition of hexamethylenetetramine on the surface modification of cordierite and the activities of V2O5-WO3/SiO2/cordierite catalysts were investigated. The results showed that improvement of the surface morphology of cordierite and the increase of specific surface area and average pore diameter were due to the introduction of hexamethylenetetramine and the use of microwave heating method. The specific surface area and average pore diameter reached 72.13 m2·g-1 and 9.14 nm, respectively. The maximum conversion of NO was 81.5% at reaction temperature range of (350-400) ℃.
