| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定S10注射液含量的方法。方法：采用Agilent Zarbox C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以乙腈-四氢呋喃（8：1）为流动相A，水为流动相B进行梯度洗脱（0-10min,10%A→55%A;10-25min,55%A;25-27min,55%A→60%A;27-37min,60%A;37-42min,60%A→98%A;42-55min,98%A）,检测波长269nm,流速1.2mL/min,柱温为室温。结果：S10浓度在10-80μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,检测限和定量限分别为4ng和16ng，平均回收率分别是102.2%,102.3%,103.8%。结论：该高效液相色谱法快速、灵敏、可靠，专属性好，可用于S10注射液的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish RP-HPLC method for determination of S10 injection.Methods：The analysis was carried on an Agilent Zarbox C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）column,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofur-an（A）and water（B）with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.2mL/min,the detection wavelength was 269nm and the column temperature was room temperature.Results：The ealibration curve was linear in the range of 10-80μg/mL,and the limits of detection and quantification were 4ng and 16ng,the method average recoveries were 102.2%,102.3% and 103.8%.Conclusion：The method is simple,sensitive,reliable,accurate and can be used for the determination of the cont-ent of S10 injection. |
