顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定工业废水中5种挥发性有机化合物残留

建立顶空气相色谱-质谱检测（HS-GC/MS）工业废水中三氯甲烷、四氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷5种挥发性有机化合物残留量的方法，选择离子扫描模式（SIM）检测，方法的检出限为1.2μg/L,在10-200μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系，相关系数均为0.9992，在加标回收实验中，三氯甲烷、四氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷的加标回收率分别为99.6%,99.3%,101.1%,98.6%,100.1%,该方法灵敏度高，分离效果良好，能有效地消除复杂基质带来的干扰，可以作为工业废水中三氯甲烷、四氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷残留量的检测和确证方法。

Determination of trichloromethane, tetrachloromethane, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene and tribromomethane in industrial waste water by HS-GC/MS

We developed the method for the determination of trichloromethane,tetrachloromethane,trichlorocthylene,tetrachlorocthylene and tribromomethane in industrial waste water using the head space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）.the SIM mode is used to monitor the object,good relativeity（r〉0.9992） was obtained when the linear range was between 10-200μg/L.The recoveries of the object compounds were respectively 99.6%-99.3%,101.1%-98.6%,100.1%,the determination limit is less than 1.2μg/L.The advantage of this method is simple,rapid and sensitive,obstruction from the comples substrate can be effectively removed,so this method can be applied to determine the content of trichloromethane tetrachloromethane trichloroethylene/tetrachloroethylene/tribromomethane in industrial waste water.
