微波消解ICP—AES法测定聚丙烯材料中铅、镉、铬和汞

摘    要:采用微波消解技术溶样,ICP-AES法测定聚丙烯(PP)材料中的铅、镉、铬和泵。通过对消解试剂和微波温度程序的研究,建立塑料样品的微波消解方法。该方法相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于2.0%。与标准物质对比分析结果表明,方法具有良好的准确度,适于PP材料中铅、镉、铬和汞的测定。

Abstract:Using microwave digestion technique,dissolve sample icp-aes method for the determination of PP material in lead,cadmium,chromium and mercury.Through to negate reagent and microwave temperature program established plastic samples,the microwave digestion method.This method relative standard deviation(n=7) were less than 2.0%.Compared with standard material analysis results show that the method has better accuracy,suitable for PP material of lead,cadmium,mercury and the determination of chrome.
