| 摘 要： | 采用溶胶—凝胶法制备SrTiO3薄膜,制备稳定的溶胶要求有适合的浓度和粘度,而且为有效控制膜厚及性能的重复性,溶胶必须长期稳定,采用螯合剂螯合来控制溶胶,使溶胶稳定。首次对溶胶凝胶法中两种不同螯合剂柠檬酸和乙酰丙酮的螯和作用机理进行详细讨论,通过红外光谱、X射线衍射以及扫描电镜分析比较,采用乙酰丙酮为螯合剂制备得到的钛酸锶薄膜氧敏响应性高。

| Abstract: | SrTiO3 thin film is made by sol-gol method with appropriate consistency.Chelator is used in order to control the thick and properties of the film.Little research has been focused on the chelation of chelators of sol-gel.In this paper,we studied two different chelators in synthesizing strontium titanate(SrTiO3) thin films,one is acetylacetone and the other is citrazinic acid.We also studied p-type conductivity of SrTiO3 as lean-burning oxygen sensors. |
