政府经济行为与民间经济行为的关系

运用信息经济与博弈的基本理论，从一个新的视角对中国经济发展过程中政府与民间经济行为的关系加以解释，通过模型首先证明由于存在不完全信息，政府经济行为与民间经济为通过在发展经济过程中的相互博弈，从而推导出政府经济行为的界限（即不直接干预经济）。最后通过中国的经济发展实际经验，指出政府经济行为在经济发展过程中的不可取性及其局限性和缺点，说明在发展经济过程中民间经济行为应起主要作用，政府经济为服务于民间经济行为。

A thinking of China economic development course

This article gives an explanation from a new point of view about the relationship between governmental economic behavior and nongovernmental economic behavior during the course of China economic development.By using the fundamental theory of information economics and game theory,we first prove that there exists imperfect information through a given model,so there is a game between government economic behavior and folk economic behavior in developing Chinese economics,leads to the limitation result of government economic behavior (not directly interfere in economics).At last,from the practice of China economic development,points the limitation and shortcomings of government economic behavior in developing economics,states the importance of folk economic behavior in developing economics,and government economic behavior should serve folk economic behavior.
