摘    要:在引入滑伤指数新概念的基础上,提出了冷连轧过程中通用的热滑伤判断条件,并根据IF钢冷连轧过程的特殊性,建立了一套针对IF钢热滑伤防治为目标的压下规程优化理论,将其应用于宝钢2030五机架冷连轧机的IF钢轧制,大大降低了该产品生产时热滑伤发生的概率,提高了轧制速度,取得良好的经济效益,具有很大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Based on a new conception of hot slip index, the universal judgment criteria of hot slip in cold rolling have been put forward, and a set of screw down schedule optimization theory for preventing and curing hot slip has been established according to specifics of IF Steel cold rolling. The hot slide frequency of hot slip was greatly reduced by implementing modified screw-down schedule on Baosteel 2030 five-stand cold rolling mill and the rolling speed was increased and great economic returns were obtained.
