基于医学本体的语义相似度算法研究

摘    要:基于本体的信息检索技术能够提高在复杂环境中的信息检索效率,而语义相似度计算是基于本体的信息检索技术的关键技术。在医疗领域本体的基础上,通过分析讨论了概念间的语义相似度与相关度,并对概念间的语义相似度与相关度的影响因素进行研究,提出了一种计算医疗概念间的语义相似度及相关度的数值,并得到两者综合值的计算模型。实验结果表明,该模型能够提高相似度数值的有效性,并通过对相似度数值的计算体现出医疗领域概念间的复杂关系。

Abstract:Information retrieval technology based on ontology can improve efficiency in complex environment. Semantic similarity calculation is the key technology of Information retrieval based on ontology. This paper analyzes semantic similarity and correlation between concepts, and do research on factors on basis of medical ontology. Similarity values of semantic similarity and correlation between concepts are proposed, as well as a model of values' combination. The experiment shows that the model can improve efficiency of the similarity values and reflect complex relation between concepts in medical domain.
