| 摘 要： | 本文介绍铁粉精还原工艺方案的确立及PLC控制系统的应用情况。采用合理的工艺方案和PLC控制后 ,不仅克服了以往继电控制中存在的元件易老化、故障多、维修不便等缺点 ,而且大大提高了铁粉精还原生产的自动化控制水平以及产量和质量。

| Abstract: | The iron powder refining process plan and the PLC control system are introduced.With reasonable process and PLC control,not only overcame the part which in the shorteanings in relay control,such as electronic unit ageing and failure difficulty in maintanence are eliminated,and the productivity and product quality are improved due to more reliable process control. |
