限制接触刀具切削力与刀—屑接触长度关系的研究

摘    要:通过切削试验 ,研究了限制接触刀具前刀面的刀—屑接触长度逐渐减小时切削力的变化规律。试验结果表明 :当刀具前刀面刀—屑接触长度减小时 ,前刀面上的法向力Fn 和切向力Ff 呈非线性减小 ,且Ff-l曲线存在两个拐点 ,根据这两个拐点可间接测量前刀面的刀—屑接触长度L和紧密型接触长度lf1。

Abstract:Through cutting experiments in which the contact length between chip and rake face of restricted contact cutter is reduced step by step, the variation principle of cutting force is studied. The results of experiment show that the reduction trends of normal force F n and friction force F f on the rake face of cutter are curvilinear with reduction of restricted contact length, and there are two turning points on the curve F f- l . The lengths of rake face at the two points correspond to the natural contact length L and the close contact length l f1 respectively. So L and l f1 can be measured indirectly with the two turning points.
