基于单片机和PID控制的即热式热水器的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的即热式快速恒温热水器控制系统的设计。针对目前流行的即热式热水器存在的问题,采用S3C9454处理器,在出水温度反馈的基础上增加了入水温度、供电电压和水流量前馈PID控制,对控制加热管的可控硅进行移相触发,调节加热功率。重点介绍了硬件电路的设计和工作原理以及软件的结构和实现。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel design of instant water heater.To resolve the problems in the popular instant water heaters,the feed-forward based on input water temperature,water flow and power supply voltage is added to the PID regulator.Based on the S3F9454 microprocessor,the TRIAC is fired by phase-shift method in order to adjust the heat power.The principles of hardware circuits and the implementation of software are introduced with emphasis in this paper.
