| 摘 要： | 溢流阀是液压系统中的压力控制元件，其动态性能与其结构参数有很大关系。本文利用控制系统理论，将溢流阀看成为一控制系统，通过建立液压系统压力与系统流量的关系模型，推导其动态刚度函数，以提高溢流阀的动态刚度为目标，借助于MATLAB的优化工具箱进行结构参数优化。

| Abstract: | The overflow valve is pressure controlled part in the hydraulic system, its dynamic performance has very big relations with the structure parameter. This article uses the control system theory, regards as the overflow valve is a control system, through the establishment of the relational model between hydraulic system pressure and the system current capacity, infers its dynamic rigidity function, then take enhancing the overflow valve the dynamic rigidity as the goal, with the aid of the MATLAB optimized toolbox carries on the structure parameter optimization. This method is simple, reliable, and easy to grasp. |
