陕242井天然气钻井实践

摘    要:长庆油田在陕 2 42井采用了纯天然气钻井科学试验并取得了成功,进尺 15 7m,平均机械钻速 11.77m/h,天然气用量 7×104m3。对气体钻井的井壁稳定性、地层出水的综合评价、钻进中的注气参数、井控安全钻井技术以及相关的技术问题进行了分析,得出在干气钻井条件下井壁是稳定的结论。同时分析了 15个层段的出水情况,确定了 10个层段共 15 7m的段长出水量 0.5m3/h,适合于天然气钻井,从而为实施天然气钻井打下了基础。钻进中严格按天然气欠平衡钻井的技术规范操作,使得钻进过程顺利,填补了我国天然气钻井的空白。

Abstract:Pure natural gas is used for the successful drilling of well Shan-242 in Changqing Oilfield. The footage achieved is 157m, with an average ROP of 11.77m/h, and the gas volume is 7×104m3. Hole stability of gas drilling, composite evaluation of formation fluid, gas injection during drilling, and well control technology, as well as other related technologies are discussed. It concludes that hole stability can be achieved in dry gas drilling, and for the 157m long interval, the water production is 0.5m3/h, which is suitable for natural gas drilling. Underbalanced drilling procedures are strictly followed during natural gas drilling, which ensures a smooth operation. This well set a record of using natural gas for oil well drilling in China.
