| 摘 要： | 本文研究了倒焰窑、隧道窑生产海绵铁工艺中，罐中装料方式、还原剂种类、还原温度、还原时间等因素与海绵铁金属化率之间的关系。结果表明：木炭、无烟煤、烟煤作为还原剂还原效果明显优于焦粉。矿、煤分层水平装料方式优于垂直装料。

| Abstract: | The relationship between loading way about coal and ore,kinds of reducing agent,reduction temperature,reduction time and the percentage metallization in reaction pot DR process have been researched in this article.As a result,the reduction efficiency of charcoal,anthracitic coal and bituminous are better than pulverized coke.The paralled loading the lay of coal and ore are better than perpendicular. |
