钛合金材料的钻孔技术分析

摘    要:钛合金热稳定性好,高温力学变形系数小,具有良好的抗腐蚀性和粘接性能,主要应用于航空航天等领域中。但是钛合金导热系数低,单位面积上的切削力大,造成钛合金在钻削时,刀具磨损快,易导致钻头烧结、卡钻、钻斜、尺寸超差等。本文针对钛合金磨削钻削难加工问题,通过正确选择钻头角度、钻削用量、钻削冷却液等参数,保证钛合金零件钻削精度要求。

Abstract:Titanium alloy has good thermal stability, high temperature mechanical deformation coefficient is small,good corrosion resistance and adhesive properties, mainly used in aerospace and other fields. But the coefficient of thermalconductivity of titanium alloy, the cutting force per unit area on the large, resulting in the drilling of titanium alloy, toolwear quickly, easily lead to a bit sintering, sticking, drill slant, size deviation, the titanium alloy grinding drill difficult tomachining problems, by proper selection of drill bit, drilling parameters, angle drilling coolant parameters selection, ensure the cutting precision drilling of titanium alloy parts.
