| 摘 要： | 针对年产45万吨的对苯二甲酸装置的子系统一离心分离系统，设计了计算机仿真培训系统。该系统采用微机网络结构，按功能分为组态模块、实时驱动模块和数学模型模块。系统模拟了离心分离系统中各装置的动态特性，设有工艺现场站和DCS站，实现对工艺人员、仪表技术员或组态工程师的培训，提高他们对系统的正常运行操作和事故处理水平。
