Ni-Zn铁氧体纳米晶的化学共沉淀合成

摘    要:以FeCl3,ZnCl2和NiCl2为原料,通过化学共沉淀法并经800℃和1000℃煅烧2h制备了颗粒细小的Ni0.64Zn0.36Fe2O4铁氧体纳米微粉。用X射线衍射确定了微粉的组成,用扫描电子显微镜观察了颗粒的形貌。在室温下,利用振动样品磁强计测量样品的磁性能。结果显示样品具有亚铁磁性,根据实验值计算的分子磁矩小于其理论值,这主要由于表面结构缺陷导致表面分子的磁自旋玻璃结构。

Abstract:Nanocrystalline Ni_(0.64)Zn_(0.36)Fe_2O_4 ferrite powders with very fine crystalline grains were prepared by a chemical coprecipitation method by using FeCl_3, ZnCl_2 and NiCl_2 as raw materials and calcined at 800 and 1 000 ℃ for 2 h, respectively. The phase structure of Ni_(0.64)Zn_(0.36)Fe_2O_4 was characterized by X-ray diffraction. The morphology of the powders was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Its magnetic property was characterized using vibrating sample magnetometer at room temperatures. The results show that it has ferrimagnetism, and the experimental value of molecular magnetic moment is lower than the theoretical value because surface structure defects result in a magnetic spin glass structure.
