产业集群的中小企业协同商务系统模型构建

产业集群作为产业演化发展过程中的一种重要地缘现象和组织形式,在地理集聚和产业集中方面已经显示出其独特的竞争优势。从我国产业集群发展特征出发,分析产业集群与协同商务之间的内在关联,以集群内部中小企业的信息化建设为基础,对现有产业集群中企业的发展提出了集群信息化、网络化、协同商务化的三大步骤。为保证产业集群的持续竞争力,实现集群升级,在现有产业集群发展优势的基础上,结合电子商务平台信息流量、增值服务、第三方公正的特点,充分发挥两者的互补性效益,构建基于支撑环境的,以中小企业需求为主线的协同商务系统模型。
