新型在线粒度检测仪的设计与研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于精确物理测量和统计学原理的直接、在线粉末颗粒粒度测量方法,并设计了相应的测量仪器。从理论上推导了确定目数网筛的筛下重量百分含量和测量仪器输出值之间存在的对应关系。应用该仪器和方法,对白云鄂博铁矿矿石颗粒样品进行了实验,实验数据验证了对应关系的存在。应用回归分析的方法,拟合出该关系的函数表达式,量后分析了整个方法中存在的误差,并提出了改进方法。该仪器已经在包钢选矿厂投入使用。

Abstract:In-process measurement of particle size of metal material is a difficulty problem,and this problem remains unresolved for a long time.A new method is brought out to measure particle size distribution(PSD),which is based on the integration of physics measurement and statistics theories.By methods of mathematics,the relationship between percentage of under certain size of metal material particles and the output value of this new type particle size measurer is worked out,and through corresponding devices and method,the existence of this relationship is proved by the results of experiments.The function between the two variables is given by regression analysis,at last,the error in this new method is analyzed and the way of improving is given.
