麦草新氨法蒸煮脱木素动力学研究

摘    要:在合适的蒸煮工艺条件下,研究了麦草NH4OH-KOH-AQ法制浆过程脱木素动力学。实验结果表明,在大量脱木素阶段,脱木素反应对残余木素呈表观一级、对OH-呈0.38级,反应的活化能为44.12 k J/mol。脱木素速度方程为:-dL/dt=85.14exp(-5309/T)LCOH-0.38。

Abstract:The reaction kinetics of in NH_4 OH - KOH - AQ pulping of wheat straw were studied in pulping experiments car- ried out under constant and well - defined conditions. The results showed that the delignification during the initial delignifi- cation phase was found to be pseudo first order with respect to residual lignin and 0.38 with respect to residual alkali. The activation energy of the delignification reaction was 44.12 K J/tool and rate equation of delignification was-dL/dt=85. 14exp (-5309/T)LC_OH-^0.38 for first delignification phase.
