摘    要:文中以某跨海大桥主桥为研究对象,结合工程工期压缩实际情况,创造性的采用主桥先悬臂挂篮施工一半再改为满堂支架施工,最后采用悬臂浇筑方式合龙,即部分变通式满堂支架施工。此项设计改变了主桥在施工阶段的结构受力体系,在国内跨海大桥中应用较少。选用Midas/Civil有限元软件对主桥建立空间有限元分析模型,通过对比修改施工方案对成桥阶段主梁结构受力的影响,结果表明修改为部分变通式满堂支架法施工,使得主梁受力更加合理,同时缩短工期。本项施工优化设计可为未来兴建的跨海大桥提供工程参考实例。

Abstract:In this paper, the main bridge of a cross-sea bridge is taken as the research object. Combined with the actual construction period of the project, the creative use of the main bridge first cantilever basket construction is changed to full-frame construction. This design changes the structure of the main bridge during the construction phase. The force system is less used in domestic cross-sea bridges. The spatial finite element analysis model is established by the Midas/Civil finite element analysis software. The influence of the modified construction scheme on the structural stress of the bridge in the bridge stage is compared and analyzed. The result shows that the modification is a partial variable full-frame construction method, which makes the main beam more reasonable and the construction period shorter. And this construction optimization design can provide reference engineering examples for the future construction of the cross-sea bridge.
