摘    要:当前我国正处于人口严重老龄化的发展阶段,对老人居住空间的安全性和舒适性提出更高要求。其中卧室空间不仅提供了老人的睡眠功能,通常还包含其他活动,甚至成为生命周期最后阶段的主要活动空间和生存空间。本文以SI住宅体系为研究基础,在老人不同生活能力发展阶段,即针对一般情况下老人会经历的自理、介助、介护等生活能力发展的三个过程,通过装配式装修的技术方法,提供快速适配相应的卧室空间功能,提高老人生活质量的方法;同时提出老年住宅卧室空间的适应性设计策略,从而实现家庭舒适性养老的目标。

Abstract:At present, China is in the development stage of serious aging of population, which puts forward higher requirements for the safety and comfort of living space for the elderly. The bedroom space not only provides the sleep function, but also includes other activities, and even becomes the main activity space and living space in the last phase of life cycle. Based on the research of SI residential system, this study aims at the three stages of the development of the elderly’s living ability such as self-care, intermediary assistance and intermediary care in general. Furthermore, this paper provides a method of quickly adapting the corresponding bedroom space function and improving the quality of life of the elderly through the technical method of assembling decoration, in addition, it puts forward the adaptive design strategy of the bedroom space of the aged residence, so as to realize the goal of providing for the aged with comfort in the home.
