摘    要:为了确定满足变电站工程机械喷涂的砂浆配合比,文中采用单因素控制变量试验法分析配合比对砂浆工作及力学性能的影响,结果表明改变砂浆配合比是完善砂浆性能的有效手段,但调整单一配合比难以保证砂浆性能的全面提升,只有综合考虑各配合比对砂浆性能的影响,才能确定最佳配合比;在此基础上得出水胶比0.38、砂胶比3、胶粉掺量0.3%为最佳配合比的结论,此时砂浆性能最佳,可以满足变电站工程喷涂作业面高、砂浆强度高及抗裂性好等多方面要求。

Abstract:In order to determine the mix ratio of mortar to meet the requirement of substation construction machinery spraying, this paper analyzed the influence of different mix ratio on the performance and mechanical properties of mortar. The results show that changing the mix ratio of mortar is an effective means to improve the performance of mortar, but adjusting the single mix ratio is difficult to ensure the overall improvement of mortar performance.The best mix ratio can only be determined by comprehensively considering the influence of each mix ratio on the performance of mortar. When the water-cement ratio, sand cement ratio and rubber powder content are 0.38, 3 and 0.3% respectively, mortar performance is the best.It can meet various requirements such as high strength and good crack resistance.
