LNG储罐绝热层珍珠岩侧压力研究

摘    要:膨胀珍珠岩和弹性毡作为LNG全容储罐内罐壁与外罐壁间主要保冷材料,对储罐整体结构受力有重要影响,有必要对其受力状况进行研究。通过对LNG储罐绝热层珍珠岩压力理论基础分析,根据储罐建造工艺流程推导出常温工况、低温工况以及特殊工况下珍珠岩侧压力计算公式,并结合实际建造储罐项目细化了公式的具体应用。

Abstract:As the major insulation material of the full-capacity LNG storage tank, the expanded perlite and the elastic felt have important influence on the integral structure stress of the tank. It is necessary to study the stress conditions.By analyzing the theoretical basis of the pressure of perlite in the adiabatic layer of LNG storage tank, and based on the construction process of storage tank, the calculating formulas forthe side pressure of pearlite under normal temperature conditions, low temperature conditions and special conditions are deduced, and the specific application of formula with the actual construction of storage tank project is refined.
