摘    要:文中以伊春北大桥加固项目为工程依托,运用体外预应力技术对伊春北大桥进行加固,为该桥的加固工作提供指导。利用MidasCivil建立该桥的计算模型,完成了结构的检算、加固前后梁结构承载力校核、张拉极限应力以及选取张拉控制应力、预应力损失估算、预应力钢筋估算及进行成桥的结构验算。结果表明,体外预应力技术是最适合该桥的加固方案,加固后桥梁的整体刚度和应力状况得到明显改善,加固方案达到预期效果。

Abstract:Based on the project of Yichun North Bridge reinforcement project, this paper uses the external prestressing technology to reinforce the north bridge of Yichun, and provides guidance for the reinforcement work of the bridge. Midas Civil was used to establish the calculation model of the bridge,The main research content includes the structural check-up and the bearing capacity check of the beam structure before and after reinforcement, tension limit stress and the selection of tension control stress , prestress loss estimation, prestressed reinforcement estimation and the test of constructed bridge. The results show that the external prestressing technology is the most suitable reinforcement scheme for the bridge and the bridge overall rigidity and stress state are obviously improved after reinforcement scheme to achieve the desired effect.
