摘    要:为提高尾矿的综合利用率,以铁尾矿球替代普通混凝土粗骨料,以铁尾矿粉替代细骨料,并掺入外加剂、水和减水剂制成全替代铁尾矿混凝土,通过抗压试验、劈裂抗拉试验和氯渗试验研究掺入不同外加剂的尾矿混凝土的力学性能和抗氯渗性能,利用Rapidair457硬化混凝土微观结构测试系统获取土微观结构特征参数。结果表明:铁尾矿混凝土具有应用于实际工程的价值,且掺入外加剂2、外加剂4均能有效改善尾矿混凝土强度和抗氯渗性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of tailings, iron tailings balls are used to replace ordinary concrete coarse aggregates and iron tailings powder is used instead of fine aggregates, besides, the admixtures, water and water reducing agents are added to make full replacement iron tailings concrete. The mechanical properties and chloride resistance of tailings concrete mixed with different admixtures were studied by compressive tests, splitting tensile tests and chloride infiltration tests. The microstructure parameters of soil microstructure were obtained by Rapidair457 hardened concrete microstructure test system. The results show that the iron tailings concrete has the value of practical engineering, and the Admixture 2 and Admixture 4 can effectively improve the strength and anti-chlorination properties of the tailings concrete.
