摘    要:通过采取掺入粉煤灰、改变水胶比、添加减水剂等技术措施,研究了水胶比变化对粉煤灰混凝土性能的影响。试验采用常规的搅拌和成型方法,配制得到水胶比分别为0.40、0.45、0.50、0.55,水泥标号42.5MPa,粉煤灰掺量25%,用水量为180kg/m^3的混凝土。经过实测3、7、28、60d抗压强度可得,均能制备出C30混凝土,并且具有良好的和易性,能够满足对混凝土早期强度要求不高的工程。

Abstract:The effects of water-cement ratio’s change on the performance of fly ash concrete were studied by adopting more technical measures such admixing of fly ash cement,changing the water-to-binder ratio and adding water reducing agent. The experiment was done using conventional stirring and forming methods to prepare concrete with water-to-binder ratios being 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, 0.55, cement number 42.5MPa, fly ash content of 25%, and water consumption of 180kg/m^3. According to the measured compressive strength of 3d, 7d, 28d and 60d, it shows that C30 concrete can then be prepared, and will have a good workability, which will meet the early strength requirements of concrete.
